These guys were excellent at their job. Helped me out right away After confirming the work that needed to be done. I really appreciated their text messages and their estimate of the work. It was all in readable form. The whole experience was Great.

Have a high mileage vehicle with some transmission troubles that most other shops wouldn't even touch. B&J was willing to see me, able to do so quickly (within a couple days compared to a week+ everywhere else), were incredibly communicative and up front about the process and potential issues, and not only fixed my issue but did it for almost half the price I was quoted everywhere else.

I took my vehicle here recently for repair and could not have had a more positive experience. They are knowledgeable and seem to care a lot about the customer experience. Highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service

They were so fast and efficient. They took care of what I brought it in for and other things on top of it… Checked everything to make sure it was in good running order… I will be using them again great people.

Got truck done in a timely matter. Been going here for repair since 2008. Good place to have work done. I would like to know the brand of parts being put on my vehicle. The receipt has just generic name of part.

I called 5 different garages around my area to get a battery changed out, I completely understand if a shop is just too busy and are not able to do it but when I called B&J and told them my situation, the gentleman I talked to, Matt, said get it here as soon as you can. Outstanding service

They wear very professional and understanding of what I needed done on my f150. They got my truck in and diagnostic quickly and got back to me with what was wrong. Once I gave them the go ahead to fix it, they did so very fast. And had my truck back to me quickly.

Fair prices and easy to work with

I have taken my vehicles here for about a year now. I am not car smart and they have never made me feel stupid. They do quality work. I took my vehicle to bell tire for tires and they quoted me with a bunch of work. Took it back here and they said everything looks good just needs an alignment. I thought I was in for hundreds of dollars of repairs. Highly recommend for great high quality honest work.

Brought my 2018 Silverado in for warranty transmission (Preferred Warranty is my company) said they could do it no issues and then all of a sudden they’re asking for 2500$+ out of pocket. Shop refused to allow my warranty company to ship in the transmission which is over 1,000$ cheaper than the one ‘they found’. (Both reman transmission) Make sure to check and double check when working with this shop. Definitely disappointing.

I had an oil leak. They fixed the gaskets and did a tune-up. The car sounds like the first time I drove it off the lot. Reasonable price and got finished in a timely manner.

Service was awsome

Fast diagnosis and really nice streamline website that broke down what they found, pictures of said items, breakdown of cost, and option to choose what gets fixed and what gets left. Was able to get my car back same day.

Can't say good enough things, the mechanic are knowledgeable, the owner very smart, the kid at the front very friendly, seems they all enjoy what there doing
